Sarah Palin and Supreme Court Decisions: There’s Lots of ‘Um!

A couple of corrections from one of my earlier posts.

  1. There is no dead air after Couric asks Palin to tell her what Supreme Court decisions other than Roe v Wade she disagrees with. Sarah talks and talks and talks.
  2. There was no sympathetic CBS editing.

Additionally, Palin seriously failed the conservative litmus test when she agreed with Katie that the Constitution granted individuals the “right to privacy”. The right to privacy is a cornerstone of the Roe v Wade decision.

Update: Oh, my. In June 2008 (four months ago) Palin went on public record opposing a Supreme Court decision to reduce award damages in the case of the Exxon Valdez. Ouch. I guess Sarah wasn’t checking her email to see what was being sent out in her name.

Get some popcorn, pull up a comfortable chair, and watch.
